I recommend ,not to choose this option for reseller hosting.Alternatively you can choose the companies offers some decent disk space.
Unlimited diskspace/bandwidth does not exist. Even Hostgator doesn't offer unlimited on their reseller plans. By the way, what is your budget?

Well, I know it was easy to get caught by "Unlimited" offerings. Two years ago we have decided to put "Unlimited" for the bandwidth only in 2 of our Shared plans. We thought this would help us to compete over sellers. it didn't help and we revoked the "Unlimited". It works better now!
So my suggestion to you is to calculate the usage you'd need and after comparing plans from a few web hosts to speak to them and to find out how much do they charge for additional bandwidth and disc space.
i have gone with Eleven2 best plan for best price look in the offers section great deal 200gb disk space and 2000gb bandwidth month for $19.
A reseller plan with Unlimited everything is not a good idea. I own a company and I would never offer an unlimited reseller plan due to abuse. Heck, I'm not even sure if I want to offer reseller yet!

Also, WHMCS does not necessarily have to be included in a web hosting package (most company's just increase the price of their reseller packages to compensate for the cost of the license). You can always just get the license separately through someone like http://licensepal.com/ for $12.95 per month. Or.. you can use one of the free billing software's available like accountlab plus.
Last but not least, familiarize your-self with the term overselling. Just because a company is claiming to offer you an X amount of space for an X amount of dollars, does not mean you are actually going to get that X amount of space (in most cases, the large amount of diskspace being advertised is just a marketing gimmick).
