Pre-sale: This is my second VPS I had so far, therefore I didn't have alot of questions to ask on how LinuxOS works nor what is a VPS (Just like the first time ). Most of my questions was about their service, all questions have been answered in details by their pre-sale personal. That's why I went with them.
Order and Billing process: Their website is definitely nicely made and since they are using WHMCS, ordering my VPS was a hassle free process. I have used Paypal to process my payment (This is the only payment gateway they use, which would be a pain for some users who do not own a verified account on Paypal). I placed my order at midnight GMT and for some reason the delivery of my server was delayed,I placed a ticket just about 5GMT and I received a reply almost 10 minutes, confirming that my VPS is now active. the personal expressed his apologizes for late delivery, I didn't mind really since they need to verify my payment first!
After-sale support: After my VPS went active, I started to install couple of applications including OpenVPN and Teamspeak3. minivps.co.uk did post a Youtube video on how to install OpenVPN on OpenVZ CentOS servers, I followed this video and I wasn't able to run OpenVPN properly. I placed a support ticket explaining the problem and asking for help, almost 20 minutes later the support agent came back to me with the answer. I have to stress on something here, they are selling unmanaged VPS units,I didn't expect him to help me, yet he did and that's why I feel really humble and greatful!
Connectivity and Uptime: So far so good! Nothing to mention on this part. Since they are using OVH main DC, the connectivity is second to none. Something to mention here, they do not clearly claim any specific speed for each VPS unit, yet it's very fast for my use.
Overall,I believe minivps.co.uk offers the best value for the price! they are just too good at what they do! Am definitely a happy customer.

Just to clarify the delay with provisioning was down to IP address allocations on the node. It was a small administrative error that led to IPs being unavailable for a short while.
