It’s almost been 2.5 years of my hosting experience with webhostingpad.com and I am very pleased with their support and QoS. Till now, I have raised 3 tickets (two of them regarding domain sales, and one of them regarding the secondary FTP accounts which I was not able to figure out how to connect). All of the 3 tickets were literally answered within minutes, with reliable responses. Other than that, they have unmatched low rates for their hosting packages with a more-than-enough storage space, bandwidth, and a reputed control panel, cPanel. I have been using hostmonster.com in the past, but I am glad that I made the right decision by choosing webhostingpad.com. I don’t need to pay extra bucks anymore just because the hosting space is unlimited which I don’t even need for the type of personal website I have. Keep it up webhostingpad.com!
I have several websites and FastDomain has a feature not found everywhere: addon domains. This was one of the priors. After some time, I experienced a couple of tech problems and then the support people really helped. More than some of those with bigger names. To make a long story short… I like it here!

the responses to issues have not been very helpful or informative. the price is good, but i should have stayed with previous host- this one seems to have a lot of add-ons which my last provided in package- i will not renew when time comes.
